An hour focus on activating and bringing awareness to the core abdominal and hollow body used in aerial. By drilling the core with proprioceptive and kinesthetic awareness we prevent injury, expand our ability to balance and hold poses. Pushing our flexibility while building and maintaining strength. This class will help prep for inversions, holding shapes, and spiraling open flexibility. We’ll use fun floor balances, (handstands, headstands, back arches) poses, and shape making, to build habits of always moving from the vertical core. Come drill hard, and play hard.
